Once you SUBMIT your Reservation, print the next page, sign it and mail it along with your payment after you receive your Confirmation. You MUST be at least age 25 to sign this form.

A $125 Cleaning fee will be charged in addition to the base rate of the house and has already been added to the total you will see once you enter your arrival date.

9.725% Lodging Tax has already been added to your total.

A 3% admin fee will be added to the above total if you choose to use your credit card as form of payment.

The TERMS of this agreement can be found by clicking on the RENTAL AGREEMENT tab at the top of this page. You will be required to sign the agreement and return it to our office before you will be given access to the property. You must be 25 or older to rent this house.

Select your dates FIRST for the base rate of the house. * The base rate only includes up to the amount of people listed in the above right corner. There is an additional Cleaning Fee that has already been added to the total price you will see once you select your dates.
