Once you SUBMIT your Reservation, print the next page, sign it and mail it along with your payment after you receive your Confirmation. You MUST be at least age 25 to sign this form.
9.725% Lodging Tax has already been added to your total.
A 3% admin fee will be added to the above total if you choose to use your credit card as form of payment.
The TERMS of this agreement can be found by clicking on the RENTAL AGREEMENT tab at the top of this page. You will be required to sign the agreement and return it to our office before you will be given access to the property. You must be 25 or older to rent this house.
